William Paul were appointed in 2012 to develop a master plan proposal for this large ex-industrial warehouse site in Hackney. The mixed-use proposal includes conversion, extension and new build elements in two phases of development, to provide a total of 48 residential units (26 new units) and two B1 studios.
This proposal constitutes the second phase which includes the conversion and development of the existing buildings northern wing, two new roof extensions, and the development of two mews houses to the rear of the site
