The team were appointed in March 2015 to develop the design for sixteen apartments. The proposal consists of three distinct blocks, arranged radially to allow dwellings within each to enjoy panoramic views of Regents Park.

 

Fully glazed external walls open onto large terraces set behind a stone facade formed with deep vertical and horizontal tectonic elements, with intricate brass detailed balustrades spanning between.

A set back top floor provides a single penthouse with large roof terraces.
